I am Felipe Vargas, a back-end developer with a passion for leveraging serverless frameworks, AI, and chatbots. Constantly seeking knowledge and improvement, I embrace challenges that push the boundaries of technology.

I’m a largely self-taught developer—with formal training through a bootcamp and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Systems Engineering—who co-founded a startup serving real clients. Although we had to close, that journey taught me invaluable lessons in resilience and rapid problem-solving. Born in a rural, low-income family, my greatest motivation is to improve my family’s quality of life, driving me to deliver impactful solutions every day.

Technically, I specialize in Python and frameworks like Django, FastAPI, and Flask, and I’m skilled in database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Redis, and DynamoDB. I also have hands-on experience implementing serverless functions with AWS Lambda. My key soft skills are teamwork, adaptability, and creative problem-solving.
